*32 bovine animals rescued by Police station Bagh e Bahu Jammu. Two vehicles seized*
Jammu: Continuing it’s drive against bovine smuggling, Jammu Police during Naka checking at different places have rescued 32 bovine animals and seized three different vehicles.
A naka was laid near Ragoora Morh by police teams of PS Bagh e Bahu constituted under the supervision of SDPO City East Jammu Sajad Sarwer where police teams of PS Bagh e Bahu led by SHO PS Bagh e Bahu Inspr Kirti Sharma assisted by PSI Sohail Ahmed rescued 32 bovine animals from two different trucks bearing Registration Nos JK03C 4340 & JK02X 8999.
In this regard, Cases FIR No. 83/2021 & 84/2021 both u/s 188 IPC, 3 PCA Act got registered at
P/S Bagh e Bahu respectively and vehicles have been seized.
The recovery have been made under the supervision of SP City South Deepak Digra. Further investigation of the case is going on.
District Police Jammu is striving hard and taking every possible step to curb the bovine smuggling menace. District Police Jammu is seeking support from the people to share information about bovine smuggling with police for timely intervention for the cause.
