Jammu, Feb 11: The Director General of Police (DGP) Dr SP Vaid on Saturday said that juvenile justice system was still in its infancy stage in Jammu and Kashmir.
“We have a big challenge ahead as even some boys flee from juvenile homes,” said Vaid.
He was speaking at a seminar on child protection at the Banquet Hall here.
