New Delhi, Feb 18: Former Peoples Democratic Party leader and Member Parliament Tariq Hameed Karra on Saturday joined Congress party, PTI news agency reported.
Karra had resigned from the party and his Lok Sabha membership in the wake of civilian killings of last year
