The District Development commissioner, Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat today convened a meeting to review the stock and supply position of fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides in the district and directed the concerned to maintain availability of quality products in the market, besides ensuring regular quality check of the products.
The meeting was attended by ADC, JD Planning, CAO, CHO and other officers.
The officers apprised the DDC about the stock position of fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides in the district.
The DDC directed the concerned officers to remain vigilant and ensure regular sample collection of fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides from all areas of the district to prevent the entry of spurious products.
