Malwana, Doda: beneath the claims of relief and rehabilitation there lies layer of favoritism, it takes a lifetime to construct a house however natural calamities don’t discriminate as we humans do. almost an year back a house owned by mukesh parihar collapsed during an hailstorm, the house was almost completely damaged during the storm and despite of repeated requests to the authorities and assurances from the authorities no sign of relief seems to be coming our way.
More then 1 year has passed but the victims family are still hoping from District Administration Doda for their compensation for their house which was collapsed due to hailstorm.
Mukesh Parihar said our home was fully damaged due to hailstorm and windstorm on 11June, 2019 but we have not received any type of compensation from the District Administration. He raises questions on District Administration for delayed from compensation. Actually our home was fully damaged with hailstorm, windstorm on June 11, 2019.
Another victim Sher Chand of the same family said that we are still waiting for compensation from District Administration.
