    Kavinder inaugurates multi-cuisine restaurant ‘Kashmir Flavours’

    JAMMU, March 23: Speaker J&K Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta on Thursday inaugurated Kashmir Flavours, a multi cuisine restaurant here at Channi Himmat. The occasion was graced with the presence of businessman, traders and prominent people of the society.

    Speaking on the occasion, Kavinder complemented Farooq Ahmed Dar, Proprietor Kashmir Flavours and Managing Director Hotel Mughal Darbar Pvt Ltd Residency Road, for providing an opportunity to the people of Jammu city for enjoying the ethnic taste of Kashmir Valley.

    Farooq Ahmed Dar, in his address to the gathering, said that the Kashmir Flavours is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving the menu full of delicacies with Indian, Chinese and continental courses besides special emphasise laid on Kashmiri Wazwan. He asserted that Kashmir Flavours is the only one restaurant in Jammu city which is serving huge varieties of non-vegetarian in Kashmiri Wazwan.

    Having 16 years of experience in hotel and restaurant industry, Dar asserted that the restaurant has been opened with a view to provide fine dining place to the people as well the tourist coming from other states. He mentioned that the restaurant is serving both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian cuisines.

    Pertinent to mention here that, the restaurant has made two separate kitchens for vegetarian and non-vegetarian peoples.

    Speaking about the inaugural offer, Dar informed that the restaurant management has been offering 10 per cent discount as a good will gesture to the people of Jammu city so that they will visit the restaurant and enjoy the real flavours of Kashmir.

    Dar announced that soon the Kashmir Flavours will make its foot-prints in the other states like Punjab, Delhi, Chandigarh, Pune, etc.

    Speaking on the occasion, General Manager, Ravinder R Raina said that the restaurant has equipped with the state of the art infrastructure with high-profile dining area, trained and educated catering and serving staff, fine crockery and las but not the least i.,e mouth-watering dishes which makes the dining experience an absolute delight.
