Sunil Dimple president jammu west assembly movement led a strong protests on janipur high court road along with the traders, transporters, prominent citizens against the anti-people, anti jammu LG governor administration which is soaking the blood of people of Jammu region, by now starting E Heavy fines home delivery starting from 1st October in j&k , installation of new toll plazas at Lakhan pur, Sarore, heavy fines under draconian M V act and doing nothing no ring roads, flyovers to solve the traffic problems jamms in jammu city.
Addressing the protesters Sunil Dimple has warned the govt against the A- Fines, New Motor Vehicle Act, NMVA, & demanded for Closing of all the Toll Plazas Lakhnpur, Saror, Ban Nagrora.
He said the common man and one crore thirty lakh population of jammu Kashmir oppose and we outrightly reject the Govt New E- Chalan fine formula starting from 1St October, the challans will be delivered at home and the traffic police will sit in its offices.
He said this E-fines starting from Ist October is a very dangerous move of the Govt, for a Common man, vehicle holders, transporters and is a new way to snatch/ take money out of your pockets.
Dimple said weather you drive or not drive the vehicle, but you will fined E- Fine chalan, will reach your residence even you don’t drive vehicle on road.
He said this E-Chlan is like a punishment for keeping, heaving a vehicle, bike, car.
He said you may keep standing the vehicle at your home and don’t drive, but E-Chlan fine of documents will reach at your home door step.
He said every day JK Govt invents new ways to Loot the Common man by heavy RTO taxes, toll plaza and now E- Fine home delivery of Chlans .
Dimple alleged the Govt and traffic police has failed to control traffic problems.
He said in this pandemic and economic crises when people have no food to eat the j &k govt is soaking the blood of transporters, common man, traders, In spite of giving relaxation in this period of starving economic crises.
He said Jammu Traffic department every day in all parts of jammu city have started mercilessly, heavy fines, under the new Mv act.
He alleged but the traffic department is not sending the commuters fine documents in courts on date, in time and the innocent people are not getting their documents in court, in time and their time is wasting in visiting court every day to get vehicle documents.
Dimple threatened the intensification of protests for the roll back of E-fines from 1st oct, lakhanpur, Sarore, Ban toll Plazas, huge Jazia fines under new motor vehicle act 2019, imposition of 9% road tax RTO fee.
Dimple terms the LG Governor and Modi BJP central Govt is anti Jammu, anti people govt which is soaking the blood of poor, weaker section families.
He further said the E-fines, Lakhanpur, Sarore toll plaza and motor vehicle act hike in vehicle fines, are BJP Modi govt gifts to the people of jammu Kashmir union territory.
He appealed to all political parties, transporters, traders, students, govt employees organisation to unite and get ready for the bigger agitation for the protection of their rights and wrong policies of the central govt.
Dimple demanded the LG Manoj Sinah to solve the traffic problem, govt have traffic mobile plan.
Dimple demanded for the construction of exclusive, four way circular ring Road from Amphalla Manda to Janipur high court up to Akhnoor and for starting Metro Rail train from amphalla janipur high court road, roop nagar, bantalab upto akhnoor.
He demanded the Governor for the construction of fly overs at Rehari chungi and jewal chowk.
The other prominent protestors are Harbans Tondon, Dev Raj, Piyrey Lal Sharma, Kala Kumar, Brahm Datt Sharma, Ram Kumar Das, Vipan Mahajan, Mukesh Gupta and many others.
