Sunil Dimple president jammu west assembly movement held a strong protest along with the leaders today against BJP Central Govt Government of India, who dismantled a unique political structure of the Jammu & Kashmir State in to union territory, making the PRC State Subject a irrelevant document of previously a Princely State, established by our forefathers with great sacrifices and BJP Govt divided the State into two Union territories viz, UT of J&K & UT of Ladakh and imposed Domicile Certificate in JK UT.
Addressing the protestors Sunil Dimple out rightly rejects domicile. He alleged the BJP Govt is discriminating JKUT, as no domicile law and Jobs for outsiders are allowed in Ladakh UT.
Dimple said after coming into existence of UT of J&K, the BJP Govt of India discontinued characteristics of hereditary permanent residents of the then J&K State now J&K UT with introduction of new domicile laws/ rules in UT of J&K, devaluing the existing State Subject / Permanent Resident Certificates issued under well-established laws/rules since Maharaja‘s time continuing even during Statehood period .
He said the one crore thirty lakh population, youths the i.e. Hereditary Permanent Residents, of J&K holding State Subject/ Permanent Resident Certificates, have rejected the introduction of new domicile laws/rules in UT of J&K & have demanded continuation of sanctity of State Subject/ Permanent Resident Certificates as through new domicile rules people from outside J&K will get appointed on all Govt jobs at the cost of our own people.
He said in these rules no time-bound policy declared for when? Though we totally reject, are discriminatory also in the sense that girls from outside J&K marrying in J&K will not be eligible to get domicile certificate till they complete their stay of mandatory period of 15 years in J&K to attain eligibility to get domicile certificate as provided under domicile rules, whereas under State Subject rules such girls were having this the right to get State Subject on their marrying in J&K.
Dimple said even the girls of J&K marrying outside the then State of J&K were having the right to retain State Subject at the time when Reorganization Act of J&K, 2019 was enacted.
Dimple appealed the people youths of jammu Kashmir to learn a lesson from the people youths of Ladakh UT, who did allowed to impose domicile certificates, no jobs, purchase of land for the outsiders and full power to the chief minister or CEO of ladakh.
Dimple saluted the people of Ladakh for standing united to protect their dignity and respect who have categorically declared that no outsiders will be allowed to be appointed on Govt jobs in UT of Ladakh nor will be allowed to buy land there. That’s why Govt of India haven’t formulated any domicile laws / rules for UT of Ladakh.
He said Recently, the people of UT of Ladakh have again shown their solidarity & have demanded inclusion of UT of Ladakh in schedule sixth of Constitution of India and BODO Council like powers to LAHDC OF LEH / KARGIL which Govt of India have assured to be taken care of .
He said thE people of J&K must learn lessons from our Ladakhi brothers & sisters who have been members of Joint Family of erstwhile J&K State as to how to protect our dignity & respect.
He questioned the people of UT of J&K? What people youths have got after dismantling of erstwhile J&K State by Govt of India? This is before everyone.
Dimple alleged we have got nothing but lost everything e.g losing our Identity Dignity, Respect, Rights over Govt Jobs, Total Confusion in jammu Kashmir and especially in jammu region. Our Livelihood , to quote a few .
He warned now ,we have been left in lurch demanding for restoration of our lost dignity & respect whereas people of Ladakh UT are moving forward demanding more powers to ensure the growth & prosperity of their own people.
Dimple alleged our so called BJP Central and j&k leadership, which remained engaged in corruption & other illegal activities, have darkened the future of own people & next generations and are silent on all important issues who will face people’s wrath at appropriate time .
He said we again demand that domicile laws be scrapped, Continuation of State Subject/ PRCs , Statehood be restored with special powers, All Govt Jobs to hereditary permanent residents etc.
Dimple Commenting on the Domicile law, said this is the death warrant of the future of the careers, future youths and coming generation. Which BJP workers, leaders are distributing at door to door and finishing, disintegrating the complete identity, culture and of jammu Kashmir.
He said we outrightly reject the Domicile certificates, as this bulldozes the identity of our Dogras Jammu Kashmir state, bulldozes the Careers, future of our youths. By giving J&K Govt jobs to outsiders.
Dimple said this is big mockery that a Hereditarian PRC issued by IAS officer. Now will attested by a Naib- Tehsilder
He said latter the LG Govt will authorize Patwaries to issue domicile.
The other protestors are Advocate Rajinder kumar, Sita Ram Rakwal, Tarlok Singh, RC Bali, Neeraj Kumar, S bablu singh and many others
