Sunil Dimple out rightly rejects govt spokesman Rohit Kansal announcement of the repealing of land laws.

Addressing the press conference Sunil Dimple president Jammu west assembly movement and the leader of the “MISSION STATEHOOD”, today outrightly REJECTED New Laws Modernization Land act, Management System”, disclosed by the Govt spokesman.
Dimple said in no way the Repeal, changing of 11 lands laws is acceptable to the people of JAMMU KASHMIR.
Sunil Dimple said the Spokesman Rohit Kansal said and termed these 11 laws were anti people. Which were designed by our forefathers.
Dimple said the clarifications given by Government Spokesperson about New Land Laws are nothing but jugglery of bureaucratic words.
He said If there was any infirmity in the already existing Lands Laws, those infirmities could have been removed by necessary amendments in the said laws.
Dimple said the introduction of new Land Laws allowing outsiders to buy land in J&K is not acceptable.
He said Our Beloved Maharaja Hari Singh, forefathers have been so great visionary who debarred outsiders to buy land in J&K so that the unique identity of our people & their respective caste, religion, cultures are not invaded.
Dimple said the people of our erstwhile State have never demanded, nor complained of any ambiguity or infirmity in the exiting land laws nor any political party, organisation or groups have ever raised any demand for any change, repealing of, in such laws.
Dimple said in my life he has never seen & No bill in this regard has ever been introduced in our Assembly or previous council by any political party or independent member asking for any amendment in any of the provisions of existing laws which in itself testifies that people including the agriculturist are satisfied with the existing laws.
Dimple said it’s surprising that Government of India is not paying any heed to farmers of the country who are agitating on the roads seeking withdrawal of anti farmers Laws recently enacted and on the contrary bent upon vitiating further already disturbed conditions of our people who are out seeking Statehood with special powers.
There are already safeguards in the existing land laws for corporate & business houses of the country intending to establish their Industries to acquire land & start their industrial/ business activities.
He said we demand from the Government to come out with details that how many outsiders have established their industrial units in J&K, how many have been allotted lands & have not established their units, how many have run away after drawing benefits of various industrial policies, how many locals have been given employment by the outsiders in their industrial units ?.
He said the details will blast the balloon of the Government claims that big business houses are waiting for establishing the industries in J&K generating employment for our youth.
Dimple said already a huge chunk of land in industrial estates allotted to many outsiders for industrial purposes have not been developed thus leading to land hoardings & depriving our own local youth from establishing their industrial units & availing benefits of industrial policies.
Dimple said we demand the complete withdrawal of new land laws & leave all such decisions to be taken by a political Government elected by people of J&K and stop the backdoor entry of outsiders.
He said our demand is complete statehood of Jammu Kashmir, Ladakh and now POK, Gilgit Baltistan will be liberated they will be part of Jammu Kashmir state new map and integral part of India.
Dimple appealed to all the people, youths of all religions, regions to stand united, to restore the dismantled state and its history, respect and dignity of the Dogra state.
He said all the people, organization of hindu, Muslims, Sikh, Rajput, sabhas have extended their full support and will be the part of “ Mission Statehood”
