Youth on Tuesday morning hurled rocks at a CRPF convoy heading towards the encounter site in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.
Witnesses said that the convoy came under a barrage of rocks in Nagam village, barely three kilometers from the site of the encounter.
Meanwhile, an intermittent exchange of fire is going on in Durbugh village where a gunfight erupted at around 6 am today.
