Jammu,A constable of Jammu and Kashmir Police was suspended, while a special police officer was attached today for allegedly thrashing a scribe in Akhnoor area here.
Two police personnel identified as SPO Monu and Constable Manjeet deployed with Sub Divisional Police Officer Akhnoor were placed under suspension for allegedly beating a journalist of Hindi National Daily.
