Srinagar 06 June: Principal of Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Gund Hassi Bhat was arrested by Police in a molestation case, said Srinagar Police on Tuesday morning.
As per police, the accused has been identified as Shabir Ahmad Mir, a resident of Zadibal Srinagar. He was rendering service as a Principal at Govt. Higher Secondary School Gund Hassi. The accused Principal was arrested in molestation case, as per police, under sections of 354D, 294 and 506 of Indian Penal Code
Police have registered an FIR no. 31/2023 at Police Station Shalteng under above-mentioned sections.
“Shabir Ahmad Mir S/o Gh Rasool Mir R/o Zadibal, Srinagar working as Principal of Govt HSS Gund Hassi Bhat arrested in molestation case. FIR no 31/2023 u/s 354D, 294 and 506 of IPC registered at Shalteng PS,” tweeted Srinagar Police.
