JAMMU, 06-June:: Vowing to pursue policies of National Democratic Party Indian (NDPI) J&K UT, a political roadmap emanating from Jammu, religiously and resolutely Rajesh Gupta NDPI J&K UT Chief today while addressing party executive members described the concept as the key to retrieving back the glorious ethos of inclusive Jammu and Kashmir to its pristine glory again by adopting the policies of NDPI and to strengthening it.
He said NDPI is spreading its roots in Jammu and Kashmir.
NDPI leader said that NDPI alone could fulfill the aspirations of the public at large and steer the erstwhile State out of the morass of poverty, underdevelopment, corruption, and communalism. He said that having experimented with various traditional parties, both national and regional, the people of J&K were a disappointed lot desperately seeking a change in the political structure of the erstwhile State. Gupta said that the NDPI has taken its birth to the service
of the common man, the workers, laborers, and exploited class of society. He congratulated new office bearers for
their wisdom and foresightedness who chose NDPI.
Welcoming new entrants into the Party fold, Rajesh Gupta, said that the NDPI is serious to give a clean and time-tested alternative to the electorates of J&K UT to get rid of 74 years of misrule of corruption, nepotism, casteism, and divisive politics of religion and region.
NDPI leader said that the NDPI is a way forward to respect the urges and aspirations of all the regions and sub-regions of Jammu and Kashmir with none being discriminated against or dominated politically, socially, and economically. Each one, irrespective of region, religion or caste, must have equal rights regarding resources and governance.
Fair play and justice should not only be the bedrock of the political system but even the perception of one being appeased at the cost of the other due to politico-strategic expediencies should become an imperative of the past, he said, adding that the Jammu region has hugely suffered on all these counts over the decades.
