The Expenditure Observer, Kumar Animash, today checked expenditure register of candidates contesting the forthcoming Parliamentary bye-elections for Srinagar constituency.
It was informed that of nine candidates, in fray for the Parliamentary seat, eight turned up to show the expenditure details. However, one candidate could not attend due to the unavoidable circumstances and was conveyed to come up with the detail on April 3.
Nodal Officer Expenditure Monitoring Cell, Assistant Expenditure Observer, Accounting Officers, Video surveillance team members and other concerned accompanied the Expenditure Observer.
