SRINAGAR, DEC 17: A day-long workshop under Shalla Sidhi initiative was held today at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Kothibagh, Srinagar where experts pitched for teaching and performance improvement in a focused and strategic manner.
The workshop was organized by Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) J&K in collaboration with Directorate of School Education Kashmir. The programme focused on imparting the modern day leadership techniques and methodology to 50 institutional heads (leadership facilitators) who have recently undergone a training programme on leadership skills in Rajasthan. Experts from National University of Educational Planning and Administration imparted the training to the participants.
Speaking on the occasion, Director School Education Kashmir, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, said that department has a great number of educated and trained human resource, satisfactory infra-structure and better training system to stand to any modern day challenge. He stressed for effective implementation of set guidelines and programme execution on ground.
