New Delhi, Aug 20: Home Minister Rajnath Singh while praising the National Investigation Authority for the role it has played since its inception credited it for the decrease in cases of stone pelting in Jammu and Kashmir.
Singh was addressing a gathering at the inauguration of the NIA’s Lucknow office building.
”Those involved in terror funding are afraid of the NIA. After the action taken by the agency recently, stone pelting incidents have come down in the Kashmir Valley,” the Home Minister was quoted to have said.
Pertinently NIA has conducted several raids in Kashmir and arrested many for further investigation.
