Cabinet approves appointment of S P Vaid as DGP

JAMMU, DECEMBER, 28:  The State Cabinet which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Ms. Mehbooba Mufti, approved appointment of Mr S P Vaid, (IPS) Special DG (Coordination & Law and Order) as Director General of Police, J&K upon the completion of extended term of service of Mr K Rajendra Kumar (IPS) on 31-12-2016.
