Islamabad, Aug 11: Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Sun Weidong says his country is investing heavily in industrial and other sectors of Pakistan.
Speaking at a seminar in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that China wants to see Pakistan a powerful and economically strong country.
The envoy said CPEC projects initiated in 2015, have now entered into the early harvest stage.
He said that at present, nineteen projects including eleven energy projects worth over eighteen billion dollars are under construction.
He said the two countries had decided to give priority to energy projects in a bid to give boost to the economic development of Pakistan.
