BHADERWAH:: Alleging favoritism by Bhaderwah Development Authority in the allotment of works to some selected contractors, Contractors Association Bhaderwah demand high level probe into the matter .
Giving details the Contractors Association Bhaderwah unanimously alleged that BDA is involved in malpractices by doing favors to some selected persons in violation of the laid norms .
The association revealed that tenders were invited by Bhaderwah Dev. Authority for the construction of building but a wall is being constructed which is not mentioned in the tender.
‘The construction work on said building has not been completed yet but they are constructing a wall ‘the association said .
Meanwhile the contractors association also alleged misappropriation by the concerned authorities in the matter of proper monitoring of the said construction work to check the use of substandard building materials in it.
The association has urged the district administration and the J&K UT administration to take necessary action in this regard
