Jammu, July 21: Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh today called on the Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi and discussed various issues like cross border shelling, steps being taken by the Government for sustainment of peace and the conduct of annual Amarnath Yatra.
Matters of internal security and issues pertaining to refugees also came under discussion.
The Dy CM sought a special recruitment drive in central security forces for hilly and border areas of the State.
