Srinagar, July 14: Former Chief minister and leader of opposition in Rajya Sabha (MP), Ghulam Nabi Azad has expressed deep grief over the tragic death of three persons including a minor due to house collapse, after the incessant rainfall in the Tanta village of Doda district.
Conveying his condolence to the bereaved family, Shri. Azad has prayed Almighty Allah for granting solace to the departed souls and courage to the family of the deceased to bear with the loss.
He expressed solidarity with the family and urged the government to provide assistance to all those whose houses have been damaged due to torrential rains.
Meanwhile G. M Saroori (MLA Inderwal), Mohammed Sharief Niaz (JKPCC Executive member), Abdul Majid Wani (JKPCC General Secretary), Naresh Kumar Gupta (MLC) and all the congressmen’s have also expressed grief over the incident. “Our heart goes out to the bereaved family in this hour of grief and sorrow.”
