JAMMU, Dec 14: Jammu and Kashmir Government today ordered transfer and postings of 53 KAS officer. The transferees are:
1. Mr. Arvind Kotwal, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Appeals)-11, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.
2. Ms. Manisha Sarin, KAS, Joint Director, Handicrafts, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Jammu, vice Mr. Tilak Raj Sharma.
3. Mr. Mohammad Rafi, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department, under orders of transfer as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Baramulla-Kupwara [Kamraz], shall continue as Additional Secretary to the Government, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
4. Mr. Shiv Kumar Gupta, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department.
5. Mr. Moharnmad Shahid Saleem Dar, KAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive), Jammu, is transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K Services Selection Board, vice Mr. Munib-ul-Hassan Malik, KAS, who shall report to the General Administration Department.
6. Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Samba, is transferred and posted as Joint Director, Handicrafts, Jammu, vice Ms. Manisha Sarin.(CTN)
7. Mr. Tilak Raj Sharma, KAS, Joint Director, Information, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Samba, vice Mr. Pawan Kumar Sharma.
8. Mr. Shabir Hussain Bhat, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Aharbal, is transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, vice Mr. Ghulam Hassan Sheikh. He shall also hold the additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Aharbal, till further orders.
9. Mr. Mohammad Farooq Dar, KAS, OSD with the Hon’ble Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Public Works (R&B) Department.(CTN)
