JAMMU, FEBRUARY 15: The Department of Information and Public Relations today held a meeting to condole the sad demise of Ameera Begum, mother of Itrat Hussain Rafiqi, Director, Command Area Development (CAD), Kashmir.
Ameera Begum 76 wife of late Mohammad Tahir Rafiqi breathed her last at her native village Peerbathri, Matrigam, Bandipora yesterday.
Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, Director Information Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Joint Director Information (Hqr) Mr Abdul Majid Zargar, Deputy Director (PR) Sheikh Zahoor-ul-Haq and other staff members prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
The Rasm-e-Chaharum of the deceased will be performed on February 18 (Saturday) at village Peerbathri, Matrigam, Bandipora.
