Srinagar, June 12: Daughter of late Moulvi Noor-u-din Shah (RA) and aunt of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq passed away in Islamabad, Pakistan. The deceased was the wife of Late Muhammad Afzal Shawl.
In a statement Awami Action Committee said that it is unfortunate that Mirwaiz Umar Farooq cannot visit his family and share their grief in Pakistan Administered Kashmir and Pakistan as his passport stands impounded.
AAC members convened a condolence meeting and expressed grief and sorrow at the demise of Mirwaiz’s Aunt. The members expressed solidarity with the bereaved family. The members also offered special fatiha prayers for the departed soul.
