JKNPP celebrated 35th Foundation Day at Jammu, winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir. The senior leaders of the Panthers Party declared their mission, Reorganization of J&K with establishment of twin states, Jammu State and Kashmir Ghati State as they existed before 1846.
The senior leaders of NPP who addressed the historic Foundation Day of the NPP included Prof. Bhim Singh (Chief Patron), its Chairman Shri Harsh Dev Singh, State President Shri Balwant Singh Mankotia (Vice President), Shri. P.K. Ganju and Shri. Masood Andrabi, Miss Anita Thakur (General Secretaries), Miss Manju Singh, District Rajouri President Gulam Mustafa Wani and several Other Prominent leaders.
