Luknow, March 04: Prof.Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party & Sr. Advocate of Supreme Court of India is leaving for Varanasi this evening to campaign in Varanasi and adjoining constituencies to Varanasi in the last phase of Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh.
Prof.Bhim Singh has been invited by the Panthers Party activists in Varanasi to participate, at least, in the last phase of Assembly poll with a clear message from Jammu and Kashmir where the people have been struggling since 1950 for the promulgation of Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Constitution of India so that the people of J&K shall also be able to share the fruits of Fundamental Rights which have been enjoyed by all Indian citizens all over the country except in the State of J&K. The State of J&K has not been integrated till this day and Article 370 inserted in the Constitution of India has been playing like the wailing wall (Jerusalem) keeping the way the citizens of India residing in the State of J&K from the scope of all Fundamental Rights. J&K is having separate Constitution and separate Flag only because of the presence of Article 370 in the Indian Constitution.
Prof.Bhim Singh shall campaign against the Modi campaign which has added only to fire, smokes and confusion in the Indian politics particularly during the election campaign launched by the BJP with no direction.
