Fed up with the destiny of so called enquiry commissions now nobody even seeks a probe and even condoling deaths has turned irrelevant. The claims of Indian Army and JK Police being disciplined forces have become like a joke and both police an army have lost the moral battle to those whom they call outlaws and terrorists”.
