Police on Tuesday foiled a protest march of Sakshar Bharat Mission (SBM) employees at Polo ground Srinagar.
The employees of the SBM tried to march towards the residence of Education Minister Altaf Bukhari, but police swung into action and used water cannons to disperse them.
