Pulwama, March 11: A complete shutdown is being observed today for the third consecutive day in Pulwama district of south Kashmir against the recent militant and civilian killings.
Witnesses said that all shops and other commercial establishments are closed in Pulwama town while public transport is off the roads.
A skeletal movement of private transport has been witnessed in some parts of the district, they said.
Two civilians and as many militants were killed during a gunfight and ensuing clashes in Padgampora village of the district on Thursday.
