Jammu , 15-Jan: Aam Admi Party leader Safeer Ahmed Choudhary strongly condemned and opposed the Government order to vacant the state land.
While addressing media, Choudhary said, “we strongly criticised the recent government direction to evict all the occupants of government land, especially landless, petty and other poor people from the Poonch.”
We also welcome the Secretary statement where he mentioned that poor people and needy people will remain out of touch from this order. But it is unfortunate to mention that various Tehslidars including Mendhar have issued orders to vacant the land which is totally 180 degree of Secretary order, Choudhray mentioned.
“Without any doubt we all know that Land Mafias who captured the state land belongs to city but not the hilly areas and these orders exposes the double standard of administration,” Choudhary stated.
Common people around the Poonch hilly areas have been suffering a huge loss due to border firing and border vulnerabilities. Tehsildar separate issued notice is like a rubbing a salt on their wounds which is totally unacceptable to all of us, Choudhary stated.
We would like to give a clear and sound full message to administration that people of Poonch hilly areas are not the state land grabber whereas non of them have more than 2 Kanals land and they are victims of vulnerable border situation, Choudhary said.
Choudhary further advised administration to take action on real land grabber who exploits the state resources for their personal interest rather than poor people.
Choudhary also appealed to unite to oppose and fight against the state land order.
