JAMMU, MARCH 11: State Mission Director ICDS Talat Parvez Rohella convened a meeting to review the functioning of the department, here today.
State Mission Director asked all the CDPOs to complete the process of formation of Village Level Social Welfare Councils by April 15th.
He also stressed upon them to complete the process of Rapid Reporting system and Aadhar Linkage in order to ensure release of salary for the month of April, 2017 to their projects. He emphasized that the schemes associated with ICDS such as KSY, SABLA, IGMSY, Ladli Beti etc should be implemented in letter and spirit so that beneficiaries can avail benefits from these schemes.
Mr Rohella directed the concerned to organize awareness camps at block levels so that information regarding welfare schemes implemented by the department can be disseminated adding that community participation is vital for achieving the objectives of Mission ICDS.
