Srinagar, June 12: Clashes between students and govt forces erupted in Shopian town Monday after students started protesting against alleged siege of the local college. Witnesses said that the girl students also joined and started protesting. Pertinently, colleges and universities of Kashmir valley reopened after many days in Kashmir. Authorities had suspended class work in the higher educational institutions fearing protests.
