Udhampur: A woman along with her 3 year old girl has reportedly gone missing before few days from SunalChoughan village of Thial, Panchayat in Tehsil Majalta in district Udhampur. The reports said that a woman namely Neelam Devi wife Shankar Das, age 35, along with her 3 year old girl has gone missing as per the version of her husband. Her husband Shankar Das said that his wife had gone to Chenani (Maadda) to celebrate festival of Rakshabandan with her parents and after remaining there for about 12 days she left for home in the morning with her daughter and sister but did not reach the home. When they tried to contact her on phone, her phone was switched off. When Neelam Devi’s sister was called and asked about it, she told that Neelam had stop in Udhampur by saying that she had to checkup her baby with a doctor. Leaving him Udhampur, his sister went to her in-laws’ in village Dheema. Finding no clue of Neelam and minor girl, Shankar Singh reached Majalta police station to file missing report but he was told to file themissing report at Udhampur the place of missing incident. Though the missing filed on August 15 in Udhampur police station but till date no trace of Neelam Devi and her daughter was found. Shankar Singh has pleaded with everyone that if anyone finds any information about his wife and daughter, he should call them on 9858189209 or 6005851102. He has also appealed to the police to find them soon.
