Will frame issues relating to Triple Talaaq on Feb 16,says SC

NEW DELHI, Feb 14: SC says it will frame issues relating to Triple Talaaq on Feb 16 and asks parties to placeby tomorrow the agreeable points. SC makes it clear it will only deliberate on legal propositions relating to Triple Talaaq. SC will not decide whether divorce under Muslim Personal Law should be supervised by courts. (agencies)
