July 12 , Baribrahmana : A delegation led by Sarpanch Suresh kumar (Bittu) panchayat lower Birpur met former minister and Ex MLA Vijaypur Chander parkash Ganga pertaining the forceful acquisition of hard earned agricultural land by District administration Samba .
“The inhabitants belonging to SC community were tilling this land from last 150 years and no such interference has ever been done by the administration till date, only yesterday the administration broke into the lawfully owned property and allegedly retrieve” ,said Sarpanch Suresh Kumar Bittu.
While speaking Ganga said ,” The lawfull owners need not to worry, no power sitting in administration can snatch your basic rights as long as i am sitting here . There are many places within the jurisdiction of District administration samba which has been enroached by the land mafia and has not been touched by the administration . If they are really serious about anti-enroachment drive then they should first retrieve it from land mafia and then turn their eyes towards farmers “.
Chander parkash Ganga talked to Divisional Commissioner over phone and enlight him about the situation to which Div Com assured he will personally look into matter and no such lawfully owned to be retrieved by Administration.
